President Pimentel challenged the missionaries to do good finding so that they are in the position to be led to people and to have people led to them (VmE 181, PMG 155). Like a HAM radio license, a Findenschein, is earned by doing what’s required even if we don’t always see an immediate direct connection between the requirements and the results. It doesn't mean, necessarily that we need to do more. We had an example this week when a missionary was reluctant, but obedient, in following Sister Pimentel's instructions to remain at the apartment for awhile due to his companion's illness. An entire family came to church yesterday and asked these same missionaries to prepare them for baptism. You`ll know when you have stayed focused on finding, teaching, baptizing and keeping and can expect extra blessings.
