Elders Smith, O'Neill and Wilson are having a quick planning session after
Stake Conference. It was a historic meeting as we celebrated the 50th Anniversary
of the Berlin Stake. It was created in the Fall of 1961 shortly after the
Iron Curtain went up, isolating members from the rest of the Church.
It was also historic as a new Stake Presidency was sustained. President
David Ruetz from the Lankwitz Ward is the new stake president.
